Block Wall Fence to RV Parking Area
This is our Block Wall Fence to our RV Parking Area looking from N Pueblo Blvd right above the Concrete Flood Channel.
Gee - Scott & Our Board of Directors? Why isn't there rebar and concrete mortar in our RV Wall? No wonder the kids are able to easily knock our fence blocks out! (Scott - You even mentioned putting Bars down our Blocks at our last meeting.) Didn't you hire a Licensed Contractor for our Fence Repairs? !!! And now you want to spend thousands more of our money for an ugly and impractical Chain Link Fence? (scroll down for more ...) *Note: We should move that Trailer parked in front of the damaged section of our wall...the kids can sneak in easily without being seen from the street!
Rebar & Mortar entire length of fence...replace Blocks ,,,,repaint 100% of Our Block Wall!

Google Maps shows Satellite View....less than half of our spaces being used as most River Landing Homeowners are aware of the problem of vandalism! And would not dare store their Vehicle there....only to be vandalized?
Scott? Do we have liability insurance that covers damage done to the RL HomeOwners' Vehicles being stored in our RV Storage Lot?
Dear Scott and our Board of Directors: The last time you repaired our RV Fence, why didn't you use rebar and concrete mortar in the new blocks and then repaint the whole length of our fence? So that it did not look like it could be easily damaged again by these hooligan kids? By not repainting entire fence.......the new "gray" block was a "Big Flag" for the kids to easily knock out our new blocks and sneak into our RV Area, vandalizing our Vehicles!
Above Photos - view from Street (Anchor/Skipjack)
Above Photos - Our Gate at right, photo at left is end of wall to the left of gate. That left wall slopes down to the left, where the end of wall is only 56-58 Inches High...short enough for a kid to easily "hurl" himself over and into our RV area! The city/county lets block walls be 72" inches high? Or higher? We could easily add at least one more row of Decorative Blocks, add some ornate wrought iron thing to the top of our gate to discourage the majority of hooligans getting into our RV Area to vandalize! Again.......at much less cost than installing an ugly, ineffective chain link fence?
Use Stronger Topper Block!

UPDATE! January 18th, 2009 !
Hey! Driving down Pebble today and noticed our RV Wall!
Looks like Scott saw this web page and decided enough time had passed since our 11-25-08 HOA Meeting to finally start repairs to our RV Wall? I like it that they did away entirely with that top row of :"Decorative" Block....
I sincerely hope he had Rebar and Mortar Added to every row of block?
Now if he can only replace ALL (100%) of the top row of Decorative Block
and then REPAINT 100% Of Our BLOCK WALL!
Notice those three holes? Need those filled in too?
We should still clean up our broken block out of Flood Channel?
We don't need any fines from the County?
Oh Great! Now those Hooligan Kids are ripping off the top row of decorative block in the front too?
And notice the back wall with the new block? Again........ALL the decorative block should be removed, rebarred and mortared and replaced with solid block and then a TOP CAP of solid concrete!
Gee? I wonder if this means that Scott and our Board of Directors has changed their mind about installing an ugly, impractical Chain Link Fence?
However........I fully believe that even installing "illegal" Razor Wire:

Say the Homeowner just happened to be having some remodeling done inside the house and had a "Power Sprayer" and made quick work of the Graffiti! Now if we only had some Surveillance Cameras to stop any further VANDALIZING!
